Client Stories

Ms Z bought this property from us via the Internet. After paying the deposit, Ms Z visited the UK site for the first time. Based on her years of property investment experience, she found the location of the flat we found for her has great potential. In late 2022, Ms Z revisited London and saw her flat after renting and managing by SJW for two years. As she was very excited to see the excellent community around the development, the rapid growth of the surrounding area, and the well-maintained, bright rooms. In August of this year, Ms Z's son will be coming to London for studies, and Ms Z has made the decision to reclaim the house for self-occupancy. With this arrangement, her son won't have to search for a house in the competitive rental market and can move directly into his own home in London upon starting university. We wish him the best in the future!

While online house buying has become increasingly common nowadays, back in 2015, purchasing a house through the Internet was still relatively uncommon. In that circumstances, they relied on the data analysis and market research report provided by us and bought their two units. The two-bedroom unit now has a gross rental yield of about 4.55%. The one-bedroom has rental yield of 5.17%. We’re proud to say that both properties managed by SJW have significantly higher yields than the average market.
