Job Title: Residential Property Manager 
Specifics: Full Time / Monday to Friday - (Hybrid - 4 days office, 1 day from home) 9am to 5.30pm
Location: City of London 
Salary: £40k

If you have 2 years of experience within a property management role, and genuinely stive to give your clients the very best of service, we would be eager to hear from you!

Job Description to include, but not limited to:

• Periodic Inspections

• Deposit Negotiations/Returns

• Tenancy Renewals

• Service of Notices (Section 21 / Section 8 / Section13)

• Rent Arrears Chasing

• Booking Maintenance

• Utility Chasing

• Relationship Management

• Legal Compliance (GSC / EICR / EPC – etc)

• Property Licensing
